Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and evaluate technical solutions for BESS, PV + ESS, hybrid and backup power systems.
  •  Select and evaluate electrical equipment: inverters, battery modules, BMS, EMS, transformers, protection. systems, switchgear, and cables.
  • Review and support design documentation; ensure compliance with PUE, DBN, DSTU, IEC, ISO.
  • Prepare technical requirements, ToR, and tender documentation.
  • Support procurement, installation, commissioning, and project handover.
  • Collaborate with contractors, designers, and operations teams.
  • Participate in Development and R&D activities, including evaluation of new technologies and vendors.
  • Perform techno-economic assessments at engineering level.

Candidate Requirements

  • Higher technical education in Electrical Power Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Automation.
  •  3+ years of experience as an Energy Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
  •  Hands-on experience with: Energy Storage Systems (BESS / ESS), or Renewable energy projects (PV, wind, hybrid systems).
  •  Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, relay protection and automation.
  • Ability to read and analyze design documentation.
  • Technical English.
