SPP Development Ukraine starts construction preparations for a gas-fired cogeneration plant in Kyiv Region

SPP Development Ukraine has started a new energy project in the Kyiv region, acting as an EPC contractor responsible for the full project implementation cycle – from engineering design and construction planning to the delivery of a complete energy facility.

The project is currently at an early stage, with preparatory works underway at the site for the future installation of a gas-fired cogeneration units. SPP Development Ukraine’s specialists are carrying out site preparation activities, including territory clearing and construction site arrangement.

Once commissioned, the new facility will become part of the region’s distributed generation development and provide additional generation capacity to support the energy system.

The implementation of such projects is an important step toward strengthening the energy resilience of communities and creating a more flexible and reliable energy infrastructure.
