SPP Development Ukraine breaks ground on solar and gas engine power project in Kyiv Region

SPP Development Ukraine has started construction of a new power generation site in the Kyiv Region. The project will combine two types of generation on the same site – a ground-mounted solar power plant and gas engine generation.

The project is currently at an early stage of construction. The SPP Development Ukraine team is carrying out site clearing and preparation, earthworks, and foundation works for the future energy infrastructure.

At the same time, the site is being prepared for the next stages of construction and the installation of the main equipment.

Once completed, the project will add new solar and gas engine generation capacity to the power grid in Kyiv Region.
