Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, organization, control, and completion.
• Project Documentation: Organize and review project documentation, ensuring proper control and verification before the commencement of construction activities.
• Preparatory Work Planning: Develop and monitor the implementation of the preparatory work plan at the construction site.
• Quality and Timing Control: Ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards for construction work and schedules.
• Contractor Coordination: Select and engage contractors and construction crews, ensuring their effective performance throughout the project.
• Defect Management: Develop and implement measures to address and rectify any defects identified during construction.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate current and executive documentation, including the preparation of necessary reports.
• Acceptance Commissions: Participate actively in acceptance commissions for completed construction projects, ensuring compliance with all requirements and standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher education in energy, construction, or engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction project manager, including experience on the Project Owner’s side.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, knowledge of construction and installation technologies for solar energy systems (SES) of 20 MW or more, power lines (0.4-110 kV), and substations (10-110 kV).
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects from inception to commissioning.
• Personal Qualities: Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a multitasking environment.
