This commitment is guided by key international frameworks, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Fundamental Conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the U.N. Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR).
The Company builds a systematic and transparent engagement with local communities across Ukraine, developing long-term partnerships and open communication with stakeholders. We contribute to the sustainable socio-economic progress of territories by supporting local initiatives and maintaining ongoing dialogue with communities. Special attention is given to the joint implementation of social and educational projects. This includes the development of education, vocational training, and support for youth employment.
