Responsibilities:

• Liaise with regulatory authorities overseeing power networks
• Ensure the efficient and continuous operation of the solar power plants
• Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during plant operations
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure necessary resources and services
• Oversee real-time monitoring of solar energy systems (SES) and report on their performance
• Develop and implement proactive strategies to minimize potential failures and extend equipment lifespan
• Organize and supervise equipment condition inspections
• Oversee energy generation forecasting for facilities
• Manage all regulatory compliance activities
• Monitor spare material inventory
• Organize and oversee timely preventive maintenance
• Assume responsibility for labor protection, fire safety, instruction development, and personnel training

Requirements:

• Higher technical education in a relevant field (engineering, energy, etc.)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy sector
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Proficiency in SES operation technology, protection standards, and safety protocols
• Strong analytical skills and effective decision-making abilities
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• In-depth understanding of SES operation principles and related technologies
• High level of responsibility, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
