Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage material supply requirements for construction projects.
• Coordinate with construction sites to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for uninterrupted work.
• Develop supply plans in alignment with project schedules.
• Source contractors and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with the accounting department for payment processes.
• Monitor and ensure contractors fulfill their supply and delivery obligations.
• Handle logistics for the transportation of materials and equipment.
• Prepare documentation for procurement procedures of goods, services, and works.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Proficiency in English at least at B1 (Intermediate) level.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in supplying construction sites with necessary materials.
• Technical skills in reading drawings and developing equipment requirements.
• Systematic thinking, high initiative, and self-organization skills.
