Responsibilities:

• Oversee development projects at all stages of implementation.
• Negotiate and establish relationships with contractors.
• Manage the development of project documentation.
• Participate in tenders.
• Ensure adherence to financial and time performance indicators for project implementation.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the energy sector is an advantage).
• Proven experience in negotiating with contractors, drafting and agreeing on technical specifications, and monitoring work execution.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, standards, and the sequence of construction activities.
• Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, and ensure overall project results.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1).
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
