Hydrogen is the Future
The Draft Resolution on the development of hydrogen energy with the aim of ensuring the economic and energy security of Ukraine was registered in the Parliament.
The resolution states that for the development of the hydrogen industry, it is necessary to develop and adopt amendments to the regulatory legal acts, which should primarily relate to the production of hydrogen at electrolysis plants, as well as the storage and transportation of hydrogen through gas networks.
The Parliament of Ukraine decided that:
· The Cabinet of Ministers should take measures to develop draft amendments to regulatory acts on the regulation of the development of hydrogen energy, conduct an analysis of current legislation; ensure the development and implementation of technical standards and regulations;
· The President to form an Advisory Council on the development of hydrogen energy;
· National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to take measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of state policy regarding the development of hydrogen energy.

Potential of Ukraine
Speaking at the Forbes 400 charitable summit, Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine can increase its capacity to produce tens of millions of tons of clean "green" ammonia.
Ukraine has tremendous potential to develop and supply green hydrogen to Europe
President, Volodymyr Zelensky outlined that solar, wind, nuclear, and green hydrogen can be developed in Ukraine.
The development of green and clean energy requires lithium, graphite, and other rare earth metals are required and it is the Ukrainian benefit that we have enough of those resources.
Therefore, investing in Ukraine can be accelerated the development of green energy in other countries.
The President believes that investing in the production of environmentally friendly products from wood and pulp in Ukraine is a way to reduce the global use of petroleum products and plastics.
SPP Development Ukraine believes that green energy is the main aim of Ukrainian development.
Renewable energy resources will be the basis for financial independence and stability of Ukraine.

Today, ENTSO-E published an official press release on increasing the EU's trade opportunities with Ukraine. On September 20, the Continental Synchronous Transmission System Operator (TSO) agreed to increase the capacity of day and night transactions with Ukraine/Moldova to 300 MW. This added 50 megawatts at night.
